To better protect you, BlueStem Dental LLC has updated some of our daily procedures. You will still receive the same exemplary service from our dedicated team; however, to ensure the safety of all our patients here are some changes we have implemented:

  • Temperature checks for every patient will be administered upon arrival for a scheduled appointment.
  • Patients will be given a screening form to complete before their appointment begins.
  • Every patient will be required to “pre-rinse” for 30 seconds with a mouthwash containing a minimum of 1% concentration of peroxide (ex. Colgate Peroxyl)
  • In order to reduce the number of people in the office, we respectfully request that only the patient with a scheduled appointment be in the office. If your presence is required to treat the patient, you will be able to remain in the office. If not required, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle for the duration of the appointment.

We will require you to reschedule your appointment if you have had direct contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or if you have had any out of state, or out of the country, travel within the last 14 days. In addition, please call the office to reschedule your appointment if you have had any of the below-listed symptoms (or have been in contact with someone that has these symptoms) within the past two weeks:

  • Fever
  • Dry Cough and/or Sore Throat
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Runny Nose

We will continue to reinforce the importance of proper hygiene, cover your cough and sneeze, and practice effective hand-washing. We also have hand sanitizer readily available for use.
